Abstract |
This funded research project aims to identify the issues relating to workplace health promotion in England. Workplace health promotion specialists were contacted by telephone survey and then later interviewed using a focussed technique to ascertain their perception of the climate and opportunities to conduct health promotion within a variety of organisations. They discuss their role and work with company managers and make suggestions for future developments. The main findings relate to collaboration, alteration of perception, and taking on a greater role within organisations. |
